H&S processes orders within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3–7 days. Returns are accepted within 7 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving returns.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 7 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;

  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the H&S online store;

  • warranty card;

  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

    • The client is taken to H&S’s Order Tracking page or section.

    • They can enter their order number and email to check the delivery status.

  2. Pre-filled Support Form (Optional):

    • If tracking info isn’t directly available, a support/request form opens.

    • The form usually asks for:

      • Order number

      • Name

      • Email

      • Message box: “My order hasn’t arrived yet.”

  3. Confirmation / Next Steps:

    • After submitting the form, the client receives a confirmation:
      “Thank you! Our support team will get back to you regarding your order.”

    • Optionally, an expected response time may be displayed (e.g., 24–48 hours).

  4. Support Team Notification:

    • The click and form submission notify the H&S customer support team.

    • The team investigates the delay and responds to the client.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

At H&S, we do not deliver on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes! H&S delivers to most areas. Please enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability and delivery options for your location.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for eligible orders only. Availability depends on the product and your location. Please check at checkout to see if your order qualifies.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, a signature may be required for some deliveries to ensure the order is received safely. If you are unavailable, you may arrange for a neighbor or alternative address to accept the delivery where permitted.
